Hours of home videos featuring Jennifer Lopez won’t see the light of day.
Today Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James C. Chalfant has issued a preliminary injunction against Ojani Noa, the performer’s first husband, and a manager, who have attempted to distribute the footage.
Lopez sued the two men for $10 million in November, claiming Noa was in violation of the terms of the couple’s divorce and a confidentiality agreement. A “mockumentary” about Noa’s escape from Cuba and life thereafter with Lopez is also covered by the injunction.
The injunction will remain in effect until the case reaches resolution.
Lopez and Noa married in 1997. Their union lasted only 11 months.
