Jennifer Lopez Joins “Glee” in Surprising Role

Fresh off its triumph for Best Television Series at the Golden Globes, “Glee” is adding a big guest.

Jennifer Lopez is set to do a turn on the high school musical – but not in the type of role you’d expect.

The show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, says that he wants Lopez “to be a cafeteria lady.”

Murphy revealed the decision to de-glamorize Lopez last night while speaking to Extra.
