Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart appear to be “cooling off,” reports People.

According to a source for the mag, “He’s moved into her life – and a little too easily, too.”

People goes on to note that Lopez’s “possible cold front comes amid tabloid reports about Smart” visiting a “New York City exotic massage parlor” or “peep show.”

A lawyer for the singer slammed those claims to Gossip Cop as “false, malicious and defamatory.”

Anyway, the mag’s insider says that despite the fact that the couple looked happy while celebrating Lopez’s birthday last week, “She’s getting frustrated with him” and is “short-tempered when she’s around him.”

But, adds the source, “Jennifer is the kind of girl who doesn’t like to be alone,” so “until she finds a replacement, I think, he’s around.”

Interesting.

While People initially claims Lopez and Smart’s relationship seems to be winding down, it makes sure to hedge its bets by saying they’re not going to break up anytime soon.

This way, the magazine is right whether the pair splits or stays together.

So, what’s really going on between Lopez and Smart?

Gossip Cop looked into the claims, and a rep for Lopez tells us People’s report about the couple having problems is “inaccurate.”
