Have you guys ever wondered how weird it must feel to people like Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson to have strangers come up to them all the time, acting as if they really know and love them just because they saw them in a movie? Some of the fans act as if they have a right to assume an intimate acquaintanceship with these people…I can only imagine how surreal and maybe even scary, dealing with that situation must be on a daily basis.

I never thought about it like that before, but I think I would freak out if random strangers felt entitled to invade my life at will. I always saw the glamour and prestige that went withalong with that lifestyle and never really allowed myself to notice the flip side of the coin. I have to tip my hat off to Jennifer Lawrence’s PR/Media Relations team, because they are brilliant. She isn’t being mismanaged, as is the case with Kristen Stewart. There is a reason why, everything she says and does endears her more and more to the public, and I haven’t figured out what percentage of it is solid media prep, and what percentage is Jennifer Lawrence entirely being herself. She nailed the Oscar ceremony, the red carpet, the press conferences, and now this Dior controversy. If you notice, she got out in front of the story even before it became a story, and that folks is how brilliant PR works. I spent a few seconds perusing the Kristen Stewart board, and am baffled by the people clinging to this marijuana revelation, when in actuality; this is a good thing for her career. This is Jennifer Lawrence announcing her refusal of being type casted, and making it clear that winning an Oscar will not change the foundation of the person she really is. This woman is brilliant and she is being managed by an excellent team.
