Jennifer Lawrence Hates New Year’s Eve: “I Always End Up Drunk And Disappointed”
Jennifer Lawrence revealed during a pre-taped interview on “The Graham Norton Show” set to air on New Year’s Eve that she “really hates” the annual holiday, explaining that the night usually ends with her “drunk and disappointed.”
In regards to ringing in the New Year, the actress told the British talk show host, “I’ve never had a good one. Everyone’s chasing a good time and it’s always a disappointment. I plan on doing nothing, and then if something lands in my lap… but I always end up drunk and disappointed.” She self-deprecatingly added, “Drunk and Disappointed should be the title of my memoir!”
Also during the show, Lawrence discussed being a “puker,” saying, “When I get stressed and exhausted I just vomit.” The actress also revealed that she once “threw up at Madonna’s party… on the porch!” Fellow guest Eddie Redmayne had a similar confession to make, divulging, “This is something I have never admitted to the world, but I puked at Madonna’s party, too!”
