Jennifer Garner’s young daughters love their new baby brother — but as the actress told Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday, diaper changings have led to some adorably awkward family moments.

Garner told a story about how her girls have taken note of the major anatomical difference with their male sibling, and how her own slang term recently caused some household confusion with dad Ben Affleck.

When Affleck asked the girls to clean up their rooms by saying, “There’s a lot of junk in here, let’s clean up this junk,” three-year-old Seraphina replied, “You’re the one with junk, Dad — your penis!”

While Affleck was concerned about Garner teaching their kids that term, she explained, “How many times a day can you say penis?”

    Of course we only see the public persona, but I really feel like she is someone who would be fun to sit down and chat with over a big cup of coffee or glass of wine. She just seems so normal, not one bit fake. Love her!

    From everything I’ve heard/read she’s a really nice, genuine person. I’ve been a fan of hers for years now because of Alias and have a nice little anecdote about something she did. I was part of an Alias fan forum about 9 years ago and someone there had the opportunity to visit the set of the show. That person got people on the board to write appreciative comments and put them in a book that she’d give to her if they crossed paths. Long story short, she gave the book to her and later on Jennifer came and thanked the community on the forum.

    Saw her on Letterman too, she seems to be a celebrity who is not overly impressed with herself. She is a good example of the ones we don’t see in the tabloids every day. Nice lady and I have to agree with Lori, Jennifer would be a fun person to be around. IMHO, Ben scored when he picked her, and dodged a bullit when he got away from JLo.

    I really admire Jennifer, she is a class act, and the chemistry w/Jimmy is so cute when she is on his show. I still love that bit he did about the Handsome Man Club, w/the ending of Jimmy and Ben in bed with Jennifer. I laughed so hard. It is nice seeing a Hollywood couple who seems to have it all together.

    What’s funny is that she used to be hounded as bad as Kristen Stewart back in the day. I have been a big Jennifer Garner fan for years. There were PLENTY of stories about her and her love life in the gossip magazines. I bet she’s glad that they don’t follow her that bad anymore. I wonder what advice she would give Kristen if she had the chance.
