Jennifer Garner Does NOT Think Matt Damon Is “Bad Influence” On Ben Affleck, Despite Report
According to the repeatedly disproven National Enquirer, Garner wants Affleck to “say goodbye” to his lifelong friendship with Damon. A so-called “insider” tells the tabloid, “Jennifer can’t stand Matt and blames him for many of the problems that drove her and Ben apart this past year,” adding, “Matt has influence over Ben.” Without offering any specifics, the publication’s alleged source says, “Matt has Ben’s ear. Ben tends to do Matt’s bidding. Jen feels resentful. She may forgive, but she won’t forget.”
The same seemingly suspect “insider” continues in more unnatural language (that constantly repeat their names), “Matt’s in Jen’s little black book of undesirables,” and she wants nothing to do with him. “Matt will always defend Ben, no matter what he’s done and even if he’s wrong… In Jen’s book, that makes him no friend of hers,” claims the supposed source.
Let Gossip Cop step in here. Garner has no problems with Damon at all. A source close to the situation assures us the entire premise of the tabloid’s report is “nonsense.”
Of course, we’re not remotely surprised by the falsity of the publication’s latest article. Remember, this is the same outlet that Gossip Cop busted a month ago when it wrongly reported Garner was pregnant with Affleck’s fourth child. Oddly, the often discredited outlet didn’t mention that nonexistent baby in its latest misguided story. Also, did Damon use his “influence” to talk Affleck out of adopting twins with Garner? Because they never did, despite the Enquirer claiming they were going to. Much like that tall tale and several others, the current one about Damon and Garner is completely untrue.
