Jennifer Aniston’s wedding plans have been turned upside down by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s engagement, reports Life & Style.

Hmm… we weren’t aware that Aniston was engaged, but OK.

The mag writes, “After spending seven years in a toxic entanglement with Brad Pitt and Angelina that she referred to as a ‘sick, twisted Bremuda triangle,’ Jen was finally able to put it behind her as she planned her future” with Justin Theroux — that is, until Jolie and Pitt announced their engagement.

Life & Style claims Aniston “couldn’t help but wonder if Angie’s decision to accept Brad’s proposal was an attempt to upstage her,” explaining that because the “Friends” alum is supposedly “moving toward her own engagement,” Pitt and Jolie’s announcement is “suspicious timing.”

Now, Aniston allegedly “fears that when she announces an engagement, people will say she’s doing it only in retaliation,” says the tabloid.

A so-called “pal” of Aniston shares, “The timing isn’t easy. And she doesn’t want to get married the same time as they do,” adding, “Jen wants to get married before them.”

“I really do think Jen wants to become Mrs. Theroux before Angie becomes Mrs. Pitt,” notes the alleged friend.

So, is Aniston really racing Jolie and Pitt to the altar?

NO.

As Gossip Cop initially told you when this new string of Aniston vs. Jolie and Pitt rumors erupted, Aniston DOES. NOT. CARE. about the pair’s engagement.

She moved on a long time ago.

And she’s NOT engaged to Theroux, so the claim that she’s planning a dueling wedding is completely unfounded.

Oh, and one more detail which Life & Style conveniently omitted from their piece — when Aniston likened her seven-year “entanglement” with Jolie and Pitt to a “sick, twisted Bremuda triangle,” she was specifically referring to tabloid RUMORS like this one.
