Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux Vacation To Save Marriage?
A headline on the OK! website announces, “Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux Planning A Getaway To Save Their Marriage.” The magazine says in the accompanying story, “The honeymoon has been over for a while. Less than two years after Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux said ‘I do,’ they are already feeling strain in their marriage.”
“But despite the pain,” continues the publication, “Jen is committed to to making things work, and is planning a warm getaway, just for the two of them.” The outlet then quotes a “source” from In Touch, who alleges, “Jen just wants it to be an intimate, romantic vacation for two. She hopes it will go a long way toward smoothing over their myriad marital problems.”
Of course, both tabloids have a long history of publishing inaccurate articles about the couple. Back in June, In Touch infamously ran a false cover story claiming Aniston was pregnant. More recently, in September, OK! said Aniston was “having a girl.”
It’s telling that neither mention this supposed baby in these new stories. But while Aniston and Theroux may indeed take a trip, as they like to do a few times a year, allegations that such an excursion is just to save their marriage is total fiction. It’s the tabloids’ “reporting” that’s in need of saving, not the couple’s relationship.
