CLAIM: Jennifer Aniston Told to Get Brad Pitt’s Sperm

In a New York Times piece on Friday about the late talent agent Sue Mengers, columnist Maureen Dowd includes an awfully interesting anecdote about Jennifer Aniston.

Dowd writes, “After Brad Pitt left Jennifer Aniston for Angelina Jolie, Mengers told me that she advised her beloved Jen to ask Brad for some of his sperm.”

And that’s the beginning and end of that story.

What?!

Did the agent really tell Aniston to do that?

Hard to tell, since Mengers is no longer alive.

Gossip Cop reached out to Dowd to see if she got a sense of whether Mengers was exaggerating or not, but have yet to hear back from the Times columnist.

Either way, it ranks up there with the strangest Aniston-Pitt stories we’ve ever heard.

    I think he looks like he took a few too many punches to his head and eyes. He seriously looks like a boxer. I also don’t think he has good genes …. His kids look just like him and they are not very cute. The tabloids actually think they are slow or have mental problems because of the way they look.

I understand that Jen & brad where the golden couple & the media/ people want to see them back together making babies but the truth of the matter is that Jen & brad have both moved on.     Jazz you are right. I thought the same thing – there are many other hollywood couples that had cheating scandals and yet it’s been 7 years and people will not move on from Brad/Jen/Angie. Leann Rimes and Eddie (don’t remember his last name) is one of the couple’s that openly admitted that they cheated. Angie and Brad DID NOT cheat on Jen. But people/media do not want to believe it. As you say the “golden couple” – maybe the relationship wasn’t so golden. Again, people/tabloids/media refuse to believe this, it’s better, right to believe the worse and keep this alive for years – and to constantly blame Angie and to bring her beautiful innocent into the this whole disgusting drama. It is such ashame to see people write in with such mean nasty things.

    Maybe you should check out the list of top money-making actors of 2011! I think you will see Mr Pitt’s name at the top of that list. So that blows your theory of “not selling tickets” all to hell. And Brad Pitt is one of the most googled people of all time. Angelina and Brad are definitely the “golden couple” and are the top newsmakers of most years, whether they like it or not. No money ever has to be spent to get these two the publicity they get without even trying. Actually, YOU are the pathetic one.

    Given their schedules and priorities in life, it’s highly unlikely that either has the time to keep tabs on all the media coverage they receive, let alone the time to personally contact media outlets with offers of money to ensure they continue to receive media coverage.
