REPORT: Aniston tried to fire Juliette Lewis from film

Truth rating: 0

(HollywoodLife.com)

“EXCLUSIVE! Jennifer Aniston Tried To Have Brad Pitt’s Ex Juliette Lewis Fired From The Set Of Their New Film!” exclaims HollywoodLife, which is having an extraordinarily tough time this weekend getting stories right.

According to the site which rarely fact-checks, “Angelina Jolie isn’t the only partner of Brad Pitt that Jennifer Aniston is determined to avoid — she tried to have new costar and Brad ex Juliette Lewis fired from their new film The Switch!”

Really?

Hollywood claims “exclusively” that shortly after Aniston heard Lewis was cast, she wanted Pitt’s ex-girlfriend bounced from the production, even before the cameras rolled.

“Jen is one of the producers of the film, so she had a say in who was cast and who wasn’t,” says a so-called source for HollywoodLife.

The bad blog then quotes the “source” adding, “Eventually the director was able to convince Jen that Juliette was perfect for the part and should stay in the film, and assured the star Juliette would be under strict orders to not speak about Brad… It took some convincing, but Jen finally okayed it.”

That’s funny because not one person involved in the production could confirm HollywoodLife’s feeble attempt to stir the pot.

Additionally, without any soliciting, Lewis sang Aniston’s praises on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” earlier this week.

When reached, a rep for Aniston told Gossip Cop, “Jennifer adores Juliet and was thrilled she accepted the role. They are very good and supportive friends.”

HollywoodLife couldn’t get a story right this weekend, even if we spotted them the R-I-G-H… and T.

It is ridiculous. Juliette has talked about the great time that she has enjoyed working with Jen during the film. Juliette called Jen: “A piece of heaven” in an interview. My God, What kind of journalists does Hollywoodlife.com have?.

Milagros – they don’t have ‘journalists,’ they have people who call in with lies and they print it!

    .
Aniston has a history of getting people booted that she feels could put her in a bad light or show her up. It’s her M.O. I could see her doing that to Lewis. People commenting on how positively Lewis feels about Aniston today (including Aniston’s rep Stephen Huvane – and really, what ELSE would he say?), is irrelevant. One presumes that Lewis wouldn’t have gotten wind of something Aniston wanted to do before they met and shot the film.
    .
Gossipcop claims not one person involved in the production could confirm the ‘Hollywood Life,’ assertion, but what Gossipcop does not say, but SHOULD — is that they could NOT deny it either. They don’t deny it. It’s that simple. So how Gossipcop would view this as ‘busting dish,’ and setting their little scale to zero, I don’t know. If no one denies it, how can you set it to zero Gossip cop??
    .
For anyone who’s interested getting people fired and booted is kind of an Aniston M.O.
    .
Number 1) We already know Jen Aniston had an ex-roomie and pal fired from ‘Friends,’ (much to the woman’s shock and dismay) when she found out she got cast on her show in a guest spot. The woman is a stand-up comedienne/performance artist and talks about it (Nancy Barbieri is her name – she’s on youtube hilariously discussing Aniston)
    .
Number 2) We also know that Aniston had Jennifer Connelly, beautiful Oscar winning actress booted from the group cover shoot for Marie Claire (promoting, “He’s Not That Into You’ the main ensemble cast members which should have included Connelly, shot a cover for Marie Claire – it was said, Aniston got her booted). marie Claire would later feature Connelly on a solo cover a couple months later, in apology — Aniston blamed Marie Claire for Connelly being left out, but sources say it was Aniston.
    .
    3) It was said she had director Ted Demme fired from ‘Rumor Has It,’ because she hated how she was lit.
    .
These are just the ones we know about it.
