Jenelle Evan’s fiance Nathan Griffith has decided to drop the domestic violence charges against her, Gossip Cop has learned. The on-and-off couple are said to be trying to work things out and focus on their son Kaiser. As Gossip Cop previously reported, the “Teen Mom 2” star was arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina last month for allegedly attacking Griffith outside his home on May 26.

Griffith told police, at the time, that he got a call from Evans saying that she was outside his house, where she was supposedly caught trashing his car. Griffith said the reality TV star reeked of alcohol and scratched and hit him during their argument. He also alleged Evans tried to kick him down the stairs of his house and choke him by pulling on his shirt collar. Evans told a completely different story to police, saying her fiance tried to run her over with his truck and also grabbed her cell phone out of her hand.

The incident was far from being the couple’s first altercation, but it seems Evans and Griffith are now trying to mend their fractured relationship. As noted earlier, the first step appears to be Griffith telling police on Thursday that he doesn’t want to press charges against Evans. What do you think of this new twist?
