Jayna Brown “America’s Got Talent” Video: Louis Tomlinson Uses Golden Buzzer For “Rise Up” Singer – WATCH!
Louis Tomlinson used his Golden Buzzer on “America’s Got Talent” for singer Jayna Brown on Wednesday. Watch below!
As Gossip Cop has reported, the Golden Buzzer allows the judges or guest judges to send an act straight to the live shows. For Judge Cuts, the second round of the NBC competition, each guest judge has been allowed to use the advantage just once. And on the fourth and final installment, it was Tomlinson’s turn.
And when 14-year-old Brown took the stage, she was so nervous, she was shaking and could barely manage to say more than “hi” to the One Direction singer. But those nerves disappeared when Brown mesmerized with a performance of Andra Day’s “Rise Up.” She ended up getting a rare standing ovation from the entire panel.
Heidi Klum told the teen afterward, “Your voice is so beautiful. I don’t even know how anyone can do this — sing and smile at the same time.” Mel B said, “I think you’re just a natural. You are meant to sing.” And Simon Cowell even declared, “You, young lady, have just turned this competition upside down.”
Tomlinson then told Brown, “It’s not just one thing with you. It’s not just the voice; it’s not just the performance. It’s everything. It’s so infectious.” And when he pushed the button, the crowd wend WILD.
Brown ran to hug her mom in the audience, and Tomlinson actually followed suit. After going backstage, the overwhelmed contestant could be seen jumping and screaming, “Oh my gosh, he hugged me!” As Gossip Cop previously reported in June, Brown, who is homeless, first wowed in her “AGT” audition.
