Jason Warrior and Riley Elmore‘s Knockout led to a steal during Monday’s “The Voice.” Watch below!

As Gossip Cop reported, Warrior was originally on Alicia Keys’ team following the Blind Auditions. But Warrior lost his Battle round face-off against Christian Cuevas, leading Adam Levine to steal him for his own team. Now he had to compete in the Knockouts with fellow Team Adam member Elmore.

Unlike the Battles, where the two artists sing a duet, the Knockouts allow each to perform a song of their own choosing. Warrior picked “I Want You” by Luke James, and was encouraged by key advisers Faith Hill and Tim McGraw to work on the “bridge” between his high and low notes. Meanwhile, 16-year-old Elmore selected Michael Buble’s “Haven’t Met You Yet,” and was told to “believe the part you are playing.”

Both performances seemed to go off without a hitch. Blake Shelton said afterward, “Jason, when you perform, it’s literally like you’re just lost in the moment, and I respect that.” Alicia Keys said she actually likes that Elmore appears “uncomfortable.” And Miley Cyrus thought Warrior already has what it takes to be a “superstar,” while she deemed Elmore an “incredible singer.”

That put the pressure on Levine, who could only keep one of the guys on his team. He eventually named Elmore the winner. The teen erupted in tears, and Cyrus admitted she was planning to steal him. But with Warrior now again on the verge of elimination, he was stolen for a second time thanks to Shelton! “You can win this thing,” the country superstar told his new artist.
