Jared Fogle has filed a countersuit against the parents of one of the child porn victims he secretly filmed in the nude. The former Subway spokesman, who’s currently serving more than 15 years in prison, claims in a new lawsuit that the underage girl’s parents are negligent and bear responsibility for the emotional distress they’ve accused him of inflicting.

As Gossip Cop reported, the parents of one of Fogle’s child porn victim’s sued him in May for secretly recording their daughter naked while changing clothes and bathing. The incident took place while the teen girl, identified in court documents as “Jane Doe,” was a guest at the Indianapolis home of Fogle’s business partner, Russell Taylor, who’s currently serving a 27-year prison sentence. Taylor was convicted on child pornography charges when investigators discovered he set up hidden cameras in his house to secretly record minors.

The parents of “Jane Doe” initially sought $150,000 from both Fogle and Taylor for invasion of privacy, personal injuries, negligence and the girl’s emotional suffering. However, Fogle is now claiming in his countersuit that the girl’s parents are the ones who are negligent and accountable for her emotional distress. The disgraced former Subway pitchman alleges the couple got into alcohol-fueled fights in front of their daughter, which resulted in her going into a depression and becoming self-destructive. Fogle also alleges the girl abused drugs and alcohol, cut herself and had suicidal thoughts because of her parents’ divorce and alleged neglect. Chances are Fogle’s eyebrow-raising lawsuit will be dismissed.
