Janine Lindemulder to Fight Jesse James for Daughter

With his current marriage to Sandra Bullock in crisis, Jesse James now faces a new battle… with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.

According to reports, former porn star Lindemulder is using the fallout from James’ rumored affair with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee to fight for custody of six-year-old daughter Sunny.

Lindemulder was jailed in 2008 for tax evasion and now lives in a halfway house. The familial instability James’ scandal set off may mark Lindemulder’s best chance to win back partial custody of their daughter.

She has filed legal papers and has a court date set for June 14.
