Angelina Jolie Fighting Brad Pitt’s Mom Jane Over Religion?

The National Enquirer is at it again, trying to stir up trouble with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

The tabloid claims a “holy war” between Jolie and Pitt’s mom Jane “is raging out of control!”

Last week, the mag falsely claimed the more conservative Jane Pitt’s political differences with Jolie could lead the actress to “call off her wedding” to Pitt’s son.

Now the Enquirer says Jane Pitt has “ratcheted up the battle by buying her future daughter-in-law an engraved Bible as a wedding present.”

Seriously?

“Jane bought the Good Book a couple of weeks ago to help save Angelina’s soul and bring her closer to God,” explains a so-called “insider,” adding, “But it’s turned into a disaster.”

The Enquirer claims to have spoken with Kristopher Burnett, the owner of a Christian bookstore in Missouri who supposedly sold Jane Pitt the Bible “and prayed with her for Brad and Angelina’s well-being.”

But Gossip Cop called Burnett, and he tells us he never told the Enquirer that.

He never “prayed” with Jane Pitt for Brad and Jolie.

That doesn’t stop the Enquirer from treating it like the truth, writing that “after Angie heard about Jane’s prayer, she went crazy!”

According to an “insider” for the tab, “Angelina was already furious with Jane, so this just added insult to injury.”

That’s actually what the Enquirer is doing.

There’s no “holy war” between Jane Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

It’s a “complete fabrication,” a source close to the family tells Gossip Cop.

    Angelina has said that Brad gave her a gift of holy books from all the religions of the world and she reads them often. So I don’t think Angelina needs a bible from Jane and I doubt Jane gave her one. It’s too bad these rags are making up lies about Angelina being so “upset” about Jane being so conservative. Her father is just as conservative as Jane Pitt. Also, Angelina and Brad have been together since 2005 (going on EIGHT YEARS) and if she didn’t know about his mother before now then she is not very observant. Personally, I think Jane Pitt and Angelina Jolie have intelligent, adult discussions about their differences. Intelligent people usually do. Only dummies yell and scream and stop speaking to each other over differences of opinion.

    We do not buy everything written about Aniston, otherwise we would blindly worship her like you do because people buy into the manipulation, misportrayals, and press agenda due to her favorable dynamic with them.

    No, we gained a TRUE understanding and seek information that is true. It is not a double-standard, we support what is true and go against what is false. You are the one who is living in a paradox by wrongly believing misinformation and wrong misconceptions the media spreads.

    Quit trolling Janet when you are the one who is also obsessed by posting about them on all sites and then constantly change your name. Janet only posts once in a while. Most of us do not frequent the celebrity sites other than this one. When there is an extreme inflammatory spin or unfounded backlash, we may respond more. This site is safer because they bust bad gossip and there are actually sane people here who are not tabloid sheep.

    Not to mention, this story came from the Enquirer, one of the most trashiest and worst tabloids. You ignore that Kristopher Burnett denied this story. The tabloids are trying to fuel more controversy and keep making up headlines about their political differences.

    I don’t think there has ever been a fight between Angie and Jane. LIke most families, they probably only see each other a few times a year and Jane is the only grandmother those children have and they mean everything to Brad and Angie. She even reconciled with her dad because he his the children’s grandfather. Tabloid writers appear to have no integrity.

    Three wonderful children. I think she’s quite comfortable with her claim to fame.

    I think Angelina and Brad are more familiar with The Bible than the public really knows…Mama’s prayer’s seem to heard loud and clear and are being answered by God so beautifully…their very first child’s name comes from the Old Testament…Shiloh appears some 33 times in the bible. Thirty three according to bibical reference is the number of “Promise”.
    To whom much is given much is required.
    I believe we are seeing this couple give to a world in need of giving…I think Jane has been made out to be misunderstood.
