Perez Skims Facts on Jamie Kennedy & Jennifer Love Hewitt Milkshake Outing

Exactly two months ago today, there was a report that Jamie Kennedy – after coaxing from an audience member – made a joking proposal to girlfriend Jennifer Love Hewitt while on stage performing at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach, Ca.
At the time Gossip Cop corrected the outlets that took his joke seriously. Fast forward to today, when Journalism’s (unintentional) Joker Perez Hilton wrote a nasty piece about Hewitt and Kennedy seeking attention by going to the “paparazzi-infested Millions of Milkshakes [store] to pimp themselves out to the photogs.”
In the post, Perez refers to Kennedy as Hewitt’s “fiancé”? We wondered (1) whether we missed something or (2) Perez’s reporting was lacking. We then checked with her rep, who told us: “No, they are not engaged.”
