LISTEN: Jamie Foxx And Chris Brown Release New Song “You Changed Me” (AUDIO)
Jamie Foxx is making a return to music, releasing on Thursday a new seductive ballad with Chris Brown called “You Changed Me.” In the song, Foxx sings about settling down, monogamy, and having babies while Brown, himself a new dad, croons about a woman who’s caught his eye. Listen to the song below.
It’s not clear if “You Changed Me” will be featured on Foxx’s upcoming still-untitled album, due out May 19, but the singer is expected to perform the track at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 29. In the fall, Foxx released “Party Ain’t a Party” with 2 Chainz, and last year told MTV News that he was working on a song with Pharrell, called “Tease.”
Not only will Foxx perform “You Changed Me” at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, but earlier this month it was announced that he’ll also serve as its host. “Who better to host than both a Grammy-winning musician and Oscar-winning performer, Jamie Foxx?” said iHeartMedia’s president John Sykes at the time.
In addition to Foxx, a number of stars such as Rihanna, Madonna, Iggy Azalea, Sam Smith, Jennifer Hudson, Jason Alden and Snoop Dogg are all slated to perform. Listen to Foxx and Brown’s “You Changed Me” below, and tell us what you think of the new song.
