James Van Der Beek and his wife Kimberly are expecting a second child.

The former “Dawson’s Creek” star tweeted late Tuesday night, “Just when we thought we couldn’t feel any more blessed, it seems the universe has plans to give our daughter a sibling.”

Van Der Beek and his wife tied the knot in August 2010, and a month later welcomed their first child, a daughter named Olivia.
