James Franco Ex-Manager Accused Of Stealing Money From Actor For Years
James Franco was allegedly cheated out of money for years by his former manager, according to a new lawsuit.
According to the court filing obtained by TMZ, Miles Levy told his James Levy Management partners in 2006 that Franco would only pay a 10 percent fee rather than the standard 15 percent.
Except that wasn’t true.
Franco kept paying Miles Levy the full fee, and the manager allegedly pocketed the extra 5 percent for himself.
Levy also allegedly used Franco’s credit card for himself, running up a six-figure bill, according to court documents.
He and Franco reportedly reached a settlement last year, but now Levy Management’s other partners have filed a lawsuit seeking restitution.
