James Corden Makes “Mystery Pizza Box” Deliveries On Late Late Show (VIDEO)
James Corden played “mystery pizza box” with unsuspecting, hungry customers on Tuesday’s “Late Late Show.” The talk show host accompanied a delivery guy as he made his rounds. At each stop, Corden gave people a choice: They could accept the pizza they ordered, or trade it for the contents of the mystery box. Watch the video below!
Some customers wound up very happy. One mystery box, for instance, had a pizza… and $100! Other people were less enthused when they opened the boxes to discover kale or Play-doh. One of the mystery boxes contained tacos, so a mariachi band came out to entertain everyone. Corden frequently took the opportunity to come into the customers’ apartments, which led to more amusing and uncomfortable moments.
The best moment of all may have been when one of the customers said he didn’t want to be on television and handed his phone to Corden, joking that he had to convince his friend that he should participate in the game. As soon as Corden says on the phone, “Hi, I’m James Corden, the new host of the ‘Late Late Show’ on CBS,” the guy declares, “Oh, f*ck! I know who you are!” Moments later, sumo wrestlers came into the guys apartment as he ate pizza. It all makes sense (kind of) if you watch the clip. See the video below!
