‘James Bond 23′ Announced for 2012

The 23rd James Bond movie, starring Daniel Craig as the iconic spy, will begin production later this year and hit theaters worldwide on November 9, 2012.

MGM’s official announcement comes after months of speculation about the future of the series.

Sam Mendes will direct.

The last Bond movie, Quantum of Solace, came out in 2008.

There is no title yet for the new film.
