CLAIM: Jake Gyllenhaal ‘Cozying Up’ with Camilla Belle

“Jake’s Cruel Rebound,” reads the cover of In Touch Weekly, which goes on to write, “Shortly after breaking up with Taylor Swift, Jake Gyllenhaal gets close with Camilla Belle – the one person he knows will drive Taylor crazy.”

According to the mag, Gyllenhaal “spent hours cozying up” to Belle at the Art of Elysium gala in L.A. last Saturday.

The two supposedly shared “a romantic dinner” and were “very chatty and flirty.”

“It couldn’t have been more humiliating” for Swift, notes the tab, because the From Prada to Nada actress has been her “nemesis” ever since Joe Jonas dumped her and then began dating Belle in 2008.

There’s just one problem with this story.

There is absolutely “nothing” going on between Gyllenhaal and Belle, his rep confirms to Gossip Cop, adding that the story is “totally false.”

Clearly, no one at In Touch broke their back to fact-check this one.
