Jack Osbourne is engaged, his rep confirms to Gossip Cop.

The former reality star is set to wed actress Lisa Stelly.

He most recently produced a documentary about his rocker dad titled, “God Bless Ozzy Osbourne,” which comes out on DVD on November 15.

No other details were released about the engagement.
