Im not suprised Scummit would give a no comment, they are hardly going to admit to their dealings with the pr fiasco they throw at Robsten. Scummit are dealing with this wrongly again.

Who cares about the rumors? Dating, not dating? Personnaly, I don’t ! I’m only happy to see the result of New Moon on a screen….
However, the shoot from Vanity Fair has some of the best pictures of Rob ever taken. They are beautiful !
That’s how I like him.

I happen to know Rob wanted to make some changes to the story and VF would not allow it. So VF’s statement that they contacted the actors for further comment is a LIE! They seem to be on a campaign to make Rob look really bad…a drunk, dirty, paranoid, weirdo? The author of the story denies the relationship but the quotes Rob and Kristen supposedly give do not back up the claim. Plus, the quote attributed to Kristen was from an interview she gave last year to another mag! I think VF was so eager to have an exclusive they were willing to do anything to get it.. Can you say tabloid journalism…VF is no longer credible!! I won’t be buying this issue or any in the future!

I noticed during their interview at Comic Con somthing that nobody talked about.
When Rob said “Shut up” because Kristen was behaving childlish and was looking for reasons not to listen to him, she said discretely “I’m doing it”. So that’s why I thought they had something going on and apparently had a fight.
What do you think about that?

seems to me like you’re twisting an innocent fact, Gossip Cop. R and K’s rep never comment on their personal lives, that’s nothing new. In fact, if they had nothing to say about the interview, it’s more than likely because they had nothing to change.

Raven – if Rob had contacted Vanity Fair to say he wanted to change his story and say they were dating, VF would have JUMPED on the occasion. It would be the scoop of the year. So, I’m doubting that’s what he wanted to change, if he did want to change something.

I think yes they are toghter now. This was done drying ween Kristen was trying to work kings our with mike. Now everyone knows now kristen and mike are over. If this ture why has rob and kristen ween asked about this they woun”t anwer. They have stayed a hotles toghter and have been seen toghter everywhere.

This interview and Gossip Cop’s response doesn’t prove or disprove anything.

The fact that the interview was given in July or August may mean some answers are no longer valid, however, sites/blogs (such as Ted Casablanca at E) have been spewing this Robsten bit for since January.
They were together for Rob’s birthday, Kristen’s Birthday, dinner alone after the MMVAs and let’s not forget the video from the Charlie hotel on the morning after,on June 1st, to name a few.

The denial on both sides were after these “sightings”.

If Gossip Cop’s chooses to use the fact that they’ve been spending time alone AFTER the interview was given as a way to doubt the validity, in the interests of keeping unbiased, shouldn’t you also mention that PRIOR to the denial they did spend time alone as well?
You can’t have it both ways. Either the alone time means something or it doesn’t.

This is so dumb to me…I have my own opinions on the matter but overall I really don’t care, it’s their lives…however, I love (hate) everyone’s justifications. Yes, I agree, they’re a little too friendly with each other if they’re not dating…however,when filmiing Twilight they acted the same way and they constantly denied rumors of dating. Then they filmed New Moon and rumors got hotter, but they still denied it. Eventually they stopped talking about it all together (which is fuling the fire even more). Then the rumors just got worse and worse while they did other projects and now Eclipse. I don’t care if that interview was from 3 months ago…because I remember 3 months ago, people were talking the same way they are now…and people still said that they were dating. I think Robert’s right, it doesn’t matter what they say, the tabloids are going to say what they want. However, being secretive (if they are dating), or acting like they’re dating (if they’re not)…is just adding fuel to the fire. So they BOTH have to take some responsibility for the rediculous articles. But overall, everyone needs to get a life. Rob and Kristen are just people…very lucky people. And all the rediculous maulings, and mobs of fans (teeny boppers), etc…are causing them to be almost rude at times and not fan friendly anymore. Be respectful!!!!!!!!!!

maybe they were dating and no longer are. nothing will convince me they weren’t together during new moon filming…too much evidence to the contrary. my guess, rob broke things off with kristen and this ‘just friends’ line he’s pulling now is his publicists attempt at spinning positive PR for him. who wants to look like a drunken slob who sleeps with his teenage co-star and drops her when they’re not filming together? not good for his hollywood image at all. well whatever he was trying to gain by this fiasco, it was a major fail. he looks like a drunken player who just used kristen for a convenient lay while they were on set together. he was rumored to have screwed around all summer then goes back to sleeping with her when they’re back on set again. she’s young and impressionable…probably fancies herself in love with him even. he’s just a user and a manwhore. rob, you lost a lot of fans today with this garbage. good luck filling the seats with your future projects. karma can be a b*tch. wait and see…

Well Dating, whatever happened, Kristen is obviously not upset at him, so I don’t see why you should be. Plus why do you assume Rob is the evil one? For all we know, Kristen had her way with him and then dumped his as$.

I’ll never understand why people are so convinced the KNOW the truth about Rob and Kristen’s private feelings. All I know is that Rob is gorgeous, funny and talented. It’s enough for me, no matter who he dates or doesn’t date.

i mostly lurk and dont want to give comments cuz i dont want to spoil other’s theory, out of respect, but i guess i have to say something. we can see that when this couple were filming they seemed to be they have their own bubble that is why people insists that they are together. i would say that, yes they seemed to be so into each other, the comfort level is beyond what it has expected. but cant we just say that they are in a dating stage. we all know that kris just broken up with mike and if i were her, i wouldnt be branded as a slore who would just grab the next guy come my way. maybe she is in a process of recovering from the break up and rob was there to help her. and of course at that point they are developing a relationship for themselves. i stopped giving comments/posting on the other board because of the outrageous theories the regs would like to create around this couple, though i just read just to get update. they are insanely passionate, i dont want to read anymore. let’s play it like they are in a courting stage, old fashioned? why not. but it is more plausible, right?

I agree with some of you. This whole fiasco is probably why Rob and Kristen never confirm or deny a relationship. Vanity Fair used quotes that hinted at a denial, and people went crazy. Suddenly Rob is a player, a liar, and so on, and these are comments from those who claim to be his fans. They are both being accused of leading their fans on and playing games, and there are several “fans” claiming that they will boycott anything Rob or Kristen related from now on. You can have your opinions, but when you start making up hurtful scenarios that make these people look bad because you heard something you didn’t like, that’s crossing a line.

If there is no Robsten, what’s the big deal? He’s said before that Kristen is the only person who can relate to what he’s going through with the Twilight mania. The two of them hanging out with each other and enjoying each other’s company during the craziness is not leading the fans on. If Kristen wants to hug Rob like she does Nikki, Taylor, or the rest of the cast, she should be able to without everyone reading something into it. If there is a Robsten, ditto. Be happy that they’re happy. If they are together and don’t want everyone to know, then fans should respect that.

Frankly, it is none of our business. There’s practically a war going on between the Robstens and the Nonstens, and it’s making the entire fandom look bad. I’m not going to argue with anyone over whether they are or aren’t a couple. That shouldn’t matter. If a confirmation or a denial causes your blood to boil, chances are you need to take a step back and look at what you’re getting so upset about. Is it really worth it?

Why are people hating. He never denied dating kristen. He said the rumors of him flying across country to meet her were not true. Not once did he say the other stories were false. he never claims they are not an item. Only that the across country dates were not true. pay attention. who cares if he drinks he is old enough.

I agree with some of the comments posted. But, people seriously get a grip. I don’t recall Kristen nor Rob every saying they were a couple. I saw a lot of made up rumors from sites like Ted C. “The awful Truth”, and “X17-online”. Lots of pictures taken of these 2 were doctored to appear to be something other then what it was including the KOL concert. People even attacked Taylor when it appeared he was getting to much press or was with Kristen more then he should be. We really don’t know if Kristen and Mike have actually broken up. The so called pictures of him with another girl only showed them talking. DAMN she could have been his cousin or something. I don’t think this article is any different from what Rob as said of himself in the past. Plus if you are fans you know he has an untidy appearance why would his room be clean? I agree with Kambria I’m not going to argue with anyone about this because you can’t win, when people want to put their ideal of a fantasy off on other people. That is what has happen with Rob and Kristen and it is a Bloody shame…. Did anyone ever stop to think they may not even be attracted to each other in a romantic way? Once they got to really know each other. Or, that Rob is too old for Kristen to begin with…she is only 19 people.

I haven’t nor will not read any of the above comments posted, because I have been following GC for a long time and already know the truth. The Vanity Fair mag is using months old words of an interview; shame on them. Vanity Fair should have printed that interview, at least a month, after it was taken. Come on people (Vanity Fair), now you are becoming a tabloid :(
The only thing that I really hate of the late info was that Rob’s dog, Patty, died during Christmas and we are just now finding out. WOW, that is the only thing new Vanity Fair wants to share with us, sad.

Any person that signs that petition is pathetic. Get a life. Fans like you are the ones that have made a laughing stock out of the films. You don’t know this man. You’re only getting upset over what you’ve heard about him. Incessant drinking? Watch the behind the scenes footage. He was never drunk on set. Womanizing? There was never any concrete proof that he and Kristen Stewart or Nikki Reed, etc. were more than just friends. If you believed it, that’s your problem. Unprofessional conduct in his personal life? What the actors do when the cameras aren’t rolling is their business. Also, I can’t think of any unprofessional conduct worthy of getting him fired.

What are you hoping to accomplish? Twilight is out, New Moon is about to be in theaters, and Eclipse is already finished filming. Robert Pattinson isn’t going anywhere because a few delusional twits decide to throw a hissy fit. He’s not the almighty Edward Cullen. He’s a normal human being who has flaws and makes mistakes just like the rest of us. The sooner you realize that, the better.

Harpers Bazarre is DELICIOUS. They are outted people. Face facts jealous little fangirls. Even the Vanity fair piece has now included in it’s complete text, that since their interview in June, the status of Pattinson & Stewart’s relationship may have changed. In the Harper’s piece they each answer this question, ‘Who is the most romantic?’ Kristen says Rob. I love the pic of him down on his knees with Kristen, proposing. Love them.

Poster “cccobb” is on a smear campaign. This exact same comment is posted on the VF site. I smell a jealous actor or other industry-related person who feels spurned by Rob’s success. Thank you Kambria, for speaking the truth! Over the past year, Rob has been doing nothing but working and trying to keep a low profile. Imagine if most 23 year olds had a work schedule as grueling as his! And every producer/director who has worked with him has had nothing but positive comments about his professionalism amongst other things!

Pattinson (and his sizzling chemistry with KStew) is the whole reason I even became interested in Twilight (I’d previously been avoiding it because of the teenage stigma attached). Even Kristen said he brought the element of “a thoughtful, tortured soul” to the role when the THOUSANDS of other actors auditioning for the role simply played Edward off as a catalog model!!

Cleo – please don’t assume that if we don’t believe in a “Robsten” that we are jealous fangirls. We simply are waiting for authoritative proof and confirmation rather than inventive fantasies. AND, for some of us non-jealous and non-girls (as in, more mature women) it is not a big deal! They can be friends. They can be lovers. Doesn’t matter as long as they can still work together and finish up the series well. And then I will really be interested to see how they do in the rest of their projects outside of Twilight. I’m a fan, but I don’t obsess over their love life. It’s just not that important to me!

As for your awaiting a press conference from them before you’ll believe. That’s great hon. I remember jealous mature women doing the same thing regarding ‘Brangelina,’ who never confirmed their relationship either, and then one summer they popped out Shiloj Jolie Pitt. Go look at the Harper’s Bazaar pictures and think happy thoughts. As for a confirmation or a denial on the relationship, Kristen Stewart has made it clear in the latest Entertainment Weekly interview that they aren’t going to offer either.

I simply enjoy these 2 actors and hate to see them being harassed for not doing anything at all. They aren’t like so many other banal Hollywood type who get into trouble and act like idiots.
