Hulk Hogan Suing for $100 Million Over Sex Tape

Hulk Hogan is suing the parties allegedly behind his recently leaked sex tape for more than $100 million.

On Monday, the wrestling legend and his attorney appeared at a press conference in Tampa, announcing two lawsuits.

One suit is against Hogan’s pal Bubba the Love Sponge and his ex-wife Heather Clem (Hogan’s partner in the tape) for secretly recording Hogan’s sexual encounter with Clem.

The other lawsuit is against Gawker, which posted a clip from the tape earlier this month.

Hogan is seeking $100 million in damages against Gawker for leaking the footage.

It’s not clear how much he seeks from Bubba and Clem.

Hogan’s legal team said the recording and distribution of the illicit tape was “illegal, outrageous, and exceeded the bounds of human decency.”

They have vowed to go after any other outlets or individuals who display the footage.

    This is local for me so it’s all over the news. They’re saying that the tapes existence isn’t a surprise to Hulk. Someone supposedly told him about it a few years ago, but he was assured that it wouldn’t get out. Now that its out, he’s claiming he just found out about it as well. But he still insists that he didn’t know he was being taped.

    i’m sorry but that’s honestly not even worth $100 million. first of all, it’s his fault that he has a sex tape and that it got spread around. the media are evil and will do anything to degrade you from society, it honestly isn’t their fault that hulk hogan is an idiot for making one. hey who knows maybe he’ll be like KKardashian and become famous again…

    So you read the part that said that Hogan had no knowledge it was being tapped right? So, obviously it’s not his fault, hence why he is SUING not selling.
