Hulk Hogan: I Want To Be Donald Trump’s Running Mate, WWE Still ‘The Best’ (VIDEO)
Hulk Hogan says he has no “hard feelings” towards the WWE after the organization terminated his contract last month, and though he’s hopeful for a reunion, he already has a backup plan. The wrestling legend wants to be Donald Trump’s running mate. Really. See videos below.
As Gossip Cop reported, the WWE ended its decades-long relationship with Hogan after it was revealed he went on a rant about “n*ggers” on his infamous sex tape. Hogan issued an apology statement, and insisted he actually quit. He’s expected to give his first interviews on the subject next week to “Good Morning America” and People.
But in a brief chat with paparazzi, Hogan revealed he still has much fondness for the WWE, even though they cut him loose. “Brother, WWE is the best. No doubt,” declares the wrestler. “I love those guys. That’s my family.” When asked about “hard feelings” towards Vince McMahon, Hogan replies, “The only hard feelings I’ma have with Vince McMahon is when I get him in the ring again. It’ll be a replay of WrestleMania 19. That’ll be cool.”
Should a future with the WWE be out of the question, Hogan has another idea for how to fill his time. “I wannna be Trump’s running mate,” confessed the wrestling icon. “Did you hear that? Vice President Hogan?”
Hogan might have some competition, though. As Gossip Cop reported earlier this week, Charlie Sheen has also offered to be on the ticket with Trump. Check out the videos of Hogan’s comments below, and tell us what you think.
