Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris are back together.

One day after word broke that Harris had moved back into the Playboy Mansion less than a year after breaking off her engagement to Hefner just days before their wedding, she confirmed their new status on Twitter.

“Yes @hughhefner and I are back together,” she tweeted late Friday. “Yes I am his #1 girl again. Yes we are happy. Hope that clears up any confusion!”

The reunion is somewhat surprising, given that Harris dumped Hefner on the brink of their June 2011 nuptials, breaking his heart, publicly humiliating him and then selling her engagement ring.

On Thursday, both Harris and Hefner alluded on Twitter to her moving back into the mansion, although it was not confirmed at the time that they’d decided to reunite romantically.
