VIDEO: Howard Stern Hoaxer Prank Calls Christopher Dorner News Coverage On CBS

A prank caller associated with Howard Stern’s radio show fooled CBS Los Angeles affiliate KCAL on Tuesday, claiming to have new details about the Christopher Dorner manhunt and shoot-out with police in Big Bear, California.

The prankster, known as Captain Janks, tricked the station into putting him on the air as “Mike Taugher,” a supposed U.S. fish and game official who claimed to have seen “Ronnie the Limo Driver” firing at Dorner.

Ronnie Mund, Stern’s longtime driver, is a fixture on the radio show.

When the anchor failed to catch on to the hoax, the caller yelled, “You’re a real dumb**, you still don’t know this is a prank?”
