Howard Stern: Britney Spears Will Be A “Train Wreck” On The X Factor (VIDEO)

Howard Stern weighed in on Britney Spears reportedly joining “The X Factor” as a new judge during an “America’s Got Talent” press conference on in New York on Thursday.

The self-described King of All Media says, “Well, I think it’s a wonderful decision, you know, Britney still thinks the earth is flat.”

He explains, “I think we’re going to tune in to see… if she can sort of function through this thing, right?” adding, ”As far as any real criticism, I think that Simon [Cowell] and L.A. Reid will be doing that.”

Stern further offers, “I think Britney’s going to stand there and eat a lollypop and you know, wear a sexy outfit. I don’t anticipate great opinions from her.”

“I think she’s going to sit there like J.Lo and ‘Oh, do you think I can get a perfume endorsement out of this?’”

Stern concludes, “I’ll tune in to see what kind of train wreck she is, absolutely.”

    He might be right but I bet she’ll bring in the viewers if only to see how much of a train wreck they think she might be. Then again, she could surprise everyone. Howard mentioned J Lo and he obviously hasn’t seen Idol because she is very opinionated. I think J Lo, in fact, has more of an opinion then either Randy or Steven. So time will tell with Britney.

    People should give the girl a break. Just becasue she has a mental illness it does not mean she is stupid or has no ability to function. There are thousands of people in this world, who deal with mental illness on a daily basis and the majority of them are highly intelligent and can function quite normally when they are on their medication. Sterns words make him look like small minded idiot who has no idea what he is talking about. It seems he feels so threated by x-factors new judge that he has to belittle someone else just to gain a little attention.

    Howard’s nothing more than a big mouth on legs. He’s vile. I had to laugh though. People are going to be watching him on that new TV thing he’s doing because they will be waiting for a trainwreck – HIS! LOL!
