Drug Charges Dropped Against Anna Nicole Smith’s Boyfriend

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Perry has dismissed two drug conspiracy charges against Howard K. Stern, the former boyfriend-lawyer of Anna Nicole Smith.

Judge Perry ruled that Stern didn’t commit fraud nor did he intend to deceive when he obtained prescription drugs for Smith using fake names.

Stern was facing more than three years in prison for the conviction.
