How I Met Your Mother Fans React To Shocking Finale – See Angry Tweets
“How I Met Your Mother” fans took to Twitter on Monday night to vent about the show’s surprising series finale twist.
A lot of loyal viewers were angry that after Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor) finally meets the “Mother” Tracy McConnell (Cristin Milioti), she’s barely onscreen and ends up tragically dying.
Some other fans felt that Ted shouldn’t have ended up with Robin, and were upset that the comedy took on a more serious tone for the finale.
Check out the fan reactions below, and tell us what you thought of the finale!

I’m going to pretend that it ended when Ted said “that’s how I met your mother” and everything past that point never existed #HIMYMFinale

I mean the show is called “How I Met Your Mother” not “How I Went Back To Your Aunt Robin 20 Times” #HIMYMFinale

Seriously though, if you like How I Met Your Mother, skip the #himymfinale. Rushed, disrespectful, & undermines the last season & then some.

Do yourself a favor. When Ted says “And that kids, is how I met your mother”. End the episode and pretend it cut to black. #HIMYM

I have never been more disappointed with any series finale than “How I Met Your Mother.” I’ve also never felt more like rioting. #himym

Kids, let me tell you a story about how I met your mother, and then I’m going to ruin that story for everyone.

How I met your mother’s ending turned into “How I met your mother, but preferred your aunt Robin”
