Heidi Montag Reacts to Plastic Surgeon’s Fatal Car Crash

The man responsible for Heidi Montag‘s controversial 10 surgeries in one day has died in a car crash.
Dr. Frank Ryan, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, was driving on California’s Pacific Coast Highway on Monday when his jeep went over the side of the road.
Ryan, who also counted Gene Simmons and Vince Neil as patients, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Just minutes before the crash, Ryan tweeted his excitement that “after 25 years of driving by, I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of Malibu.” ”Much harder than it looks!” he wrote. “Whew!”
Montag reacted to Dr. Ryan’s sudden death by saying she is “devastated.”
She tweeted, “He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met.”
“He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world.”
“My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him,” she says. “He is in a better place.”
