Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Still Together

“The Hills” are alive with the sound of gossip.

And according to the rumor mill, it will soon be divorce for America’s Sweethearts, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Two weeks ago, Montag announced that she’d fired Pratt as her manager, leading to widespread speculation the pair would dissolve more than just professional ties.

Now OK! magazine claims Montag “walked out on her husband” after less than a year and a half of marriage. “She’s moving out of her house and away from Spencer,” a “source” tells the tab.

Meanwhile, sources “close to the couple” have told Hollyscoop.com that “things are very rocky between the two, and we’re surprised if they survive the year together.”

Montag and Pratt, though, assure there’s nothing to the split speculation.

“I’m not moving out,” Montag says. “I love Spencer with all my heart.”

Her husband adds, “I love my wife more now than I ever thought I could.”

And a rep for the couple also tells Gossip Cop that talk of a split is “not true.”

Whether the couple is in it for the long haul remains to be seen, of course, but the notion that they’re living apart and preparing for an imminent breakup doesn’t ring true.

For the time being, they’ll continue soaking up publicity — together.

    “(…) they’ll continue soaking up publicity — together.”… Yeah, and for that I (personally) can’t go on with them… They might be different, I don’t really know them, but they seem to me really shallow and kinda wannabes… Meant for each other I guess… Let them be together, and away from me, please… and thank you!

    She said, in the preview, that she never expected that she’d be divorcing him on their wedding anniversary. Methinks they are waiting for the show to air before announcing their split.
