Hank Aaron is the victim of a death hoax.
The baseball legend’s name began trending nationwide on Twitter on Monday after an Atlanta Braves fan site account tweeted, “BREAKING: Braves Legend Hank Aaron passed away from a heart attack after being rushed to the hospital. #RIPHammer.”
Aaron is NOT dead.
The report is 100 percent FALSE.
The official Braves Twitter account cleared up the speculation: #Braves fans, the rumors are not true. Hank Aaron is alive and well.”
That is good news.
