Halle Berry got a scare on Friday’s “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” after telling the host that her gardener had found a colony of spiders at her home.

Later in the interview, DeGeneres had a man in a spider costume sneak up behind Berry and frighten the daylights out of her.

The startled Cloud Atlas actress shrieked and swore before breaking down in giggles.

“That was so mean!” she told DeGeneres, who has pulled similar pranks before.
