Why would he need to grab his daughter away from the nanny? Wouldn’t he just ask for his daughter and she would hand his daughter to him? These accusations are weird enough to make it seem like there is zero truth behind them. This nanny sounds like a crazy lady and Aubry needs to vet his nannies better.

god, can’t they be more civilized about it?? does it always have to resort to violence? they have to deal this as a mature adults because this would affect the kid.

It seems to me that the nanny is trying to make him lose custody of his daughter. The judge refusing to take any action on it all until Monday when another judge gets back from vacation really helps to confirm it all. The nanny is either massively exaggerating things or making them up so that he loses custody of Nahla. Maybe she had a relationship with him and she’s bitter or maybe she’s working with Halle…I don’t know, but her claims sound like Oksana’s against Mel…full of holes.

It’s so sad. Halle’s the crazy one. I’m sure Halle is encouraging all of this to try and get Aubry out of her daughter’s life. I hope he keeps his head up. The children in situations like this usually end up realizing which parent is there for them and treats them best.

How sad for this little girl that Halle has obviously now decided that she prefers her new fiance to be the “Daddy” in her child’s life, and could not care less about the bond between father and child. This is not an uncommon circumstance, and hopefully a judge will recognize it for what it is and let her know that this baby has two parents, and she is not the only one who loves this child. How sad for the children when a selfish “parent” decides to use them as a pawn.

This nanny actually quitting her job inclines me to believe her. I used to be a nanny and also occasionally babysit for these friends of the (great) couple I worked for. But the father of the people I sometimes babysat for seemed to dislike and resent me even though they regularly asked me to babysit. The annoyed attitude he constantly had toward me made very uncomfortable.
I eventually made excuses that I couldn’t babysit for them anymore – I can’t imagine someone openly hostile to me.

I feel so sorry for that beautiful little girl…Nahla. She needs her Daddy in her life. It is cruel and unusual punishment to keep Nahla away from Gabriel. I used to like Halle a lot, but with every load of crap Halle dishes out, I lose more respect for her. She may be a decent actress but she is a horrible mother.
