Halle Berry’s weekend intruder, who jumped over the wall of her Hollywood Hills home on both Saturday and Sunday — and even stared at the actress through her kitchen window on the second occasion — was arrested on Monday night after trespassing for the third time.
The man, identified as Richard Franco, was spotted and grabbed by Berry’s private security team, who called the police.
The cops quickly responded and arrested Franco, who was booked on suspicion of felony stalking, reports TMZ.
