Gabriel Aubry Allegedly Called Halle Berry the “N Word”

It’s getting ugly between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry in the custody battle over their daughter Nahla.

First, Aubry filed court papers, at the end of last year, seeking joint custody and to be formally recognized as the child’s father.

Then earlier this week, a rep for Berry fought back: “Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.”

Now it’s emerging that Aubry allegedly called Berry the “N” word, and barraged her with vulgar and offensive text messages.

After news came out about it, a second Berry source, who was shocked the information was leaked, confirms to Gossip Cop, “It is true.”

Rep for Aubry and Berry did not get back to Gossip Cop regarding the allegations.

    Shame on you GC. I usually am right on board with you, but you should not repost this from TMZ at all until you know the truth. That is a horrible accusation and it seems like bs to me. All of a sudden he is supposedly this awful person after she was touting him as father of the year. Sad.

    I have to agree with Paula on this one. All of a sudden Halle doesn’t like him anymore and now he’s this awful person. It seems to me that every single one of her exs is demonized the second they break up. I’m not sure it she just continuously makes bad choices or if she feels the need to always play the victim, but to go from he’s an amazing father to I’m afraid for my child begins to stretch credulity. No matter what the story to report something like this without actual proof is completely irresponsible. This could really effect his career.

    I have to agree with eveyone comments thus far. I love Halle…but I’m calling this on BS. It terrible to label him with using such a horrible word. If he says that about Halle then what does he say about his daughter? I hope Halle comes out and confirms this is BS and desparate.

    Halle is noted to be very difficult and has a long track record of bad relationships. I hope that these texts and racist conversations are not true. It would be a shame for her daughter.
