Gwyneth Paltrow Flirted With Rob Lowe At Hollywood Walk Of Fame Ceremony?
Gwyneth Paltrow did NOT flirt with Rob Lowe when he received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, despite an entirely inaccurate report. Gossip Cop can debunk this ridiculous story, which was published in one of this week’s tabloids. We’re told it’s “complete nonsense.”
According to OK!, at the December 8 ceremony, Paltrow embraced Lowe and planted a kiss on his lips that went far beyond platonic feelings. A so-called insider tells the tabloid that Lowe’s wife of 24 years, Sheryl Berkoff, “thought Gwyneth’s shameless flirting was inappropriate.” The magazine then wrongly adds there have been for years “romance rumors” surrounding Lowe and Paltrow, who are simply just friends and have done a couple of films together.
But that’s not all. The tabloid’s supposed source further claims, “Sheryl wants Gwyneth to go away,” and that her husband has to “step up and show her that she’s the only one.”
None of this, however, is true. Gossip Cop spoke with a source, who was at the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, and we’re exclusively told there was nothing resembling “flirting” between Paltrow and Lowe. Our impeccable source says the entire OK! story is “complete nonsense.”
Of course, the tabloid has a history of inaccurately reporting about the Oscar winning actress’s personal life. Gossip Cop has previously busted the magazine for wrongly claiming Paltrow wanted to date Jake Gyllenhaal, Jared Leto and Mark Salling. Much like those stories, the latest one about Rob Lowe is similarly untrue.
