Gwyneth Paltrow “Banned From TV”?!
“Diva Gwyneth Banned From Television?” reads a sensational headline from Star, which writes, “It isn’t just some of her fans who are fed up with Gwyneth Paltrow’s elitist antics — Hollywood is following suit.”
A so-called “industry insider” alleges to the magazine that Paltrow’s supposed “difficult behavior and diminishing star power have made it difficult for her to get leading movie roles.”
Star claims the actress has “turned to her plan B” and set her sights on television, but writes that her “diva ways aren’t any more welcome on the small screen.”
“Networks have been interested in her, but she wants $1 million per episode — it’s ridiculous,” alleges the outlet’s “insider,” who adds that Paltrow “wants control of casting and script changes.”
The alleged Star tipster goes on, “She drives people crazy, so they move on.”
And the magazine further claims that Paltrow’s “bad attitude cost her leading roles on two upcoming prime-time shows, ‘CSI: Cyber’ and ‘Bad Judge.'”
“Now she’s starting to panic, but unless she gets a reality check, this will keep happening,” says the Star “spy.” “People won’t keep putting up with her forever.”
The real issue is why people keep “putting up” with Star’s dreadful, mean-spirited reporting.
(And we use “reporting” loosely.)
A rep for Paltrow tells Gossip Cop exclusively that the Star allegations are “all made up.”
