Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Planning “Wedding,” Says Magazine
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are not planning a “wedding” nor are they on the verge of getting engaged, despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. We’re told by Shelton’s rep the story is “not true.”
According to the cover story of Life & Style, Stefani and Shelton are “talking about a wedding less than four months after each of their marriages imploded.” A so-called “insider” tells the tabloid, “Blake would marry Gwen today if he could.” The questionable source adds that “NBC would be thrilled if he proposed on the air.”
The tabloid’s supposed source stresses, “It’s more than a hookup,” and notes the two “Voice” coaches are planning “an upcoming tropical getaway,” during which Shelton will propose to Stefani. The tabloid’s alleged “insider” says, “It’s just a matter of time.”
After that, states the magazine, since Stefani is from L.A. and Shelton is a “country boy,” the two will have “a small ceremony at a neutral location on the beach, in Hawaii or the Carolinas.” The tabloid’s “insider” adds the the wedding will “be just close friends and a few family members. Barefoot and casual.”
And while the 46-year-singer already has three sons, who will reportedly play a “big part” at the “wedding,” the magazine claims Shelton and Stefani constantly joke about having “the cutest babies ever.” Much like a baby’s diaper, the entire Life & Style story is full of it.
Shelton and Stefani are not on the verge of getting married nor are they planning a beach “wedding.” As Gossip Cop exclusively reported a few weeks ago, they are not even dating. Still, we checked in again with a spokesman for Shelton, and once more we’ve been assured the tabloid’s claims are “not true.”
Gossip Cop has, pardon the pun, no doubt the magazine will continue to spread false romance stories about Stefani and Shelton until it finds a way to weasel out of its fabricated claims.
