Gwen Stefani’s kids are NOT calling Blake Shelton “dad,” despite a bogus tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this story. We’re told it’s “untrue.”

According to Star, Shelton has gotten so close to his girlfriend’s three young sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2, that they’ve started calling him “Daddy Blake.” A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “The moment Blake walks through the door, those kids are climbing all over him like it’s a WWE tournament.” After citing the supposed activities Shelton participates in with the boys, the outlet’s alleged “source” adds, “You’d think he’d raised a football team of rowdy boys!”

Actually, Shelton is not raising Stefani’s boys, as they already have a father, Gavin Rossdale. And while it’s true that the country singer gets along with Stefani’s children, they’re certainly not referring to him as “dad.” Gossip Cop is exclusively told by a rep for Stefani that the tabloid’s claim is both “irresponsible” and “untrue.”

Unfortunately, this is far from the first time Gossip Cop has had to bust Star for making up a story surrounding Shelton and Stefani’s relationship. Just last week, we called out the magazine for publishing a false and disgusting cover story claiming Stefani had a “miscarriage.” There was no truth to the report, and the same goes for the tabloid’s “Daddy Blake” nonsense.
