Guy Ritchie is going to be a dad again!

It was rumored over the weekend that the Sherlock Holmes director and his girlfriend, British model Jacqui Ainsley, were expecting a baby, and Gossip Cop has now confirmed the report.

Ritchie, who split from Madonna in 2008, has been dating Ainsley for a little more than a year.

The director already has two children from his marriage to Madonna – 10-year-old son, Rocco, and six-year-old David, whom he and Madonna adopted from Malawi.

Ritchie and Ainsley’s child is due in September.
