Gossip Cop Tackles Two Twilight Tales

When it came to Twilight, today Gossip Cop received more tips than a stripper at a Hollywood bachelor party.

First, the Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart “are they or aren’t they?” question is back, with a TON of blogs picking up on Stewart’s ‘recent’ denial that she and Pattinson are dating. “Robert and I are great friends but I understand why you would assume that, when we lean on each other for support, there must be something more.”

That would be an illuminating quote from the actress if it had been given any time close to the “New Moon.” In fact, Stewart’s words are from an interview she did with E! way back in March. At the time of the interview, Stewart was still dating Michael Angarano – and hadn’t yet been spotted at a Kings of Leon concert or coffee outing with Pattinson, both of which sent fans into a frenzy.

Second is the rumor that Argentinian actress Luisana Lopilato would fill the role of the vampire Tanya in “Eclipse.” Chatter began when blogs picked up a story that said Lopilato was meeting with director David Slade “to discuss the details” of the character.

A rep for the film tells Gossip Cop unequivocally that the rumor is “totally false,” that they never heard of Lopilato, and that the Tanya character is not even in the movie “Eclipse.”

    That’s funny how they keep on recyling articles. It doesn’t matter anyways pretty much everyone knows mags like Ok and In touch write bs, not that is any of my business but I bet Kristen laughs at all that and by the end of the Saga she’ll be saying Rob who?

    Because that actress is destined for greatness, she’s going to win an Oscar she’s one a kind and I can’t wait for her to distance herself from the talentless Zlisters that make up the cast. True story.

    I agree with dancing. Some day Kristen will be accepting an Oscar. She is very talented and has a great future ahead of her.

    A few years from now a lot of people will still be hearing about her. A lot of people will be saying Rob who?

    ‘dancing’ u should shut ur mouth coz kristen stewrat is an aweful actress… she only has one emotion: boredom.
    and rob is amazing… for goodness sakes he’s already had so many more movie offers and he’s been asked to direct a film… kristen is to stupid and bad at acting to do that!

    Come on….get real, those who can not see the great acting in Robert is blind. I, too, see both Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson getting Oscars :)

    There is a connection between Robert and Kristen, whether acting, frienship, or a relationship. You can see in their eyes when they are together that there is something there. Lets give them space and we will all see after the Twilight movies that they will still be together.
