2013 Golden Globes Nominees — Who Got Snubbed?

The 2013 Golden Globes nominees were announced on Thursday, with Lincoln leading the pack with seven nods and Argo and Django Unchained right behind with five nominations apiece.

But who was snubbed?

“Mad Men” was shockingly left out of the Best Drama Series category, along with “Games of Thrones,” whose co-star Peter Dinklage was also surprisingly shut out from the Best Supporting Actor category.

Critically-acclaimed “Louie” was also somehow not nominated for Best Comedy Series.

A number of fans also took issue with the fact that Anna Karenina and Cloud Atlas scored zero nominations.

    Um, ::: The Walking Dead :: deserved some nominations at least!! Hello?? Especially Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes). I’m in love with this show & still shocked he’s a Brit playing an Atlanta Cop! Now that’s some GOOD acting! Would have never guessed he’s the same guy from Love Actually!! Snubbed. Snubbed. Snubbed.

    I think you shouldn’t piss on the people that DID get nominated by worrying about any alleged “snubs.” Gee, let everyone celebrate without turning it into some damned contest.

    I always supsected that Cersei was a member of the foreign press.

    TWD definitely and American Horror Story, they only got one with Lange. Wish Lily Rabe had a nod at least.

    I don’t get why some think it is a big deal to get nominated sorry but what is the big deal? So they win an award what does it really mean? Many actors and actress that have won are no special then others I mean look at Reese she won an Oscar and is nothing great her movies are not that great and don’t do well she also another one is Hilary Swank where is she theses days? Hailey Berry is another one what has she done lately? I just don’t get it they are all good actors an award does not make you go and see their movies. And not all their movies they do are good. I don’t know but I just don’t get the big deal and understand why some get upset if someone did not get it.

    If nothing else, it is public recognition confirming your efforts have been noticed, acknowledged and personal satisfaction when one succeeds at one’s goals.

    “The Borgias” is an amazing show, on Showtime, and it seriously got snubbed this time.
