Giuliana Rancic Returns to Work Days After Breast Cancer Surgery

Giuliana Rancic returns to work at E! News on Monday evening, just one week after revealing that she’s battling breast cancer.
She’ll be back as an anchor when the show airs at 7:00 p.m. ET.
“Feels so great to be back at work today,” tweeted Rancic. “The @Enews set was such a blast & my friends in the newsroom wore pink ribbons 4 me :)”
Earlier, she expressed her gratitude to Twitter followers for their support after her health announcement.
“THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your love & support this past week. Your words got me through this more than you’ll ever know,” wrote the TV personality.
Rancic underwent a double lumpectomy last Wednesday, after which husband Bill Rancic said she was “doing well.”
She also had lymph nodes removed for biopsy.
