Giuliana Rancic “Doing Really Well” After Double Mastectomy, Says Husband

Giuliana Rancic underwent successful double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery on Tuesday.

The E! television personality is “doing really well,” her husband, Bill, tells the network, adding, “Her surgery lasted about four hours and the doctors were very pleased with the result.”

He says, “She had a little bit of pain through the night but is feeling much better this morning and was cracking jokes.”

That’s excellent to hear.

Rancic revealed that she had breast cancer on the “Today Show” in October, and underwent a lumpectomy later that month.

When that procedure failed to secure her health, she made the decision to have the double mastectomy.

Here’s hoping her recovery is speedy and complete!
