Giuliana Rancic was on the “Today Show” on Monday, and announced that she and her husband Bill are “finally having a baby!”

VIDEO BELOW

The baby is due late summer.

The couple knows the sex of the child, but are not revealing it yet.

The E! host’s road to motherhood has been a struggle, having battled breast cancer and undergone a double mastectomy.

Giuliana and Bill explained on “Today” that another woman is carrying their child, but that they’re constantly apprised of and watching the baby’s growth.

    not all babies are breast-fed. giuliana was advised not to continue to try to become pregnant because of the cancer. i so hope everything goes well.
